If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Atlantic Flyboard within 14 days of purchase date subject to the conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will credit your account. Allow 7-10 days for the credit to appear in your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the purchase. Atlantic Flyboard reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% on all returned goods. Returned goods must be in new condition, in their original packaging and must include any instructions, packing material, warranty cards and accessories. We are not responsible for any personal items left in returned merchandise. Atlantic Flyboard is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. There is no return or exchange on open or used products, any electronic items or special order items. Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
